  • Answers submitted in the Smart Assessment.
  • Messages exchanged with our service agents on WhatsApp and through the website's Smart Concierge.
  • Usage data from the client dashboard (logins, support requests, invoices).

3. How we use the data

To deliver the contracted services, prepare your assessment, answer requests, qualify business contacts, issue invoices, improve our services and meet legal obligations.

4. WhatsApp, artificial intelligence and providers

Messages travel through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and are processed by infrastructure and artificial intelligence providers we engage, only for the purposes described here. Our service agents are AI-powered virtual assistants, and you may ask to speak with a person at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required for our operations or when required by law.

6. Your rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable laws, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing team@syntexen.com.

7. How to request deletion of your data

Email team@syntexen.com with the subject "Data deletion", including your name and the phone number or email used with our service. We will confirm the request and delete the data within 15 days, except for data we are legally required to keep.

8. International transfers

Syntexen is based in Brazil and some of our providers operate in other countries. When your data is transferred internationally, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

9. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law, with technical protection measures and access controls.
